MCCC - JUST ACT, Production Oriented Weekend Workshop for 12 to 16 years, under the auspices of Mukesh Chhabra Casting Company, a company created and promoted by Mr. Mukesh Chhabra.
The workshop will include rigorous exercises and activities to enhance acting and improvisation skills by Mr. Imtiaz Ahmed, Mr. Hemant Pandey and Mr. N.K. Pant .

Mukesh Chhabra is at the forefront of a new breed of casting directors in India. After training for two years to understand the craft of acting from Shri Ram Centre (receiving a diploma in Acting), and seven plus years in Delhi teaching for NGOs and children with Theatre In Education (TIE) in tandem with the National School of Drama, he joined the film industry in Mumbai in 2007.
After assisting several film crews with the job of casting, Mukesh made a name for himself as a casting director with films like Chillar Party, Kai Po Che, Haider, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Gangs of Wasseypur, Dangal and so on. Today, the biggest names in the industry like Vishal Bhardwaj, Aamir Khan, and AR Rahman all choose MCCC for their casting needs. Smaller-budget filmmakers whose films target the festival circuit also rely on his unique talent to find them the correct ensemble cast. Mukesh and his team pride themselves in bringing the same attention to detail to all projects in their care.
In recognition of his outstanding work he has been made a member of the Casting Association of America (CSA).
Post graduated in Dramatic Arts from National School of Drama (NSD) in 2004. Doing Theatre for more than 20 years. Worked as an Actor in NSD Repertory company for one year. Conducted many theatre workshop under NSD’s extension program and individual. Since after graduating from the Drama School in 2004, He have conducted many Parsi play oriented theatre workshops independently in different cities of the country. Acted in more than 100 plays. Directed more than 40 plays. Continuously working on Revival of Parsi Rangmanch with modern approach since after graduating from the School (NSD) Worked as music Director in more than 50 plays. Acted in films Rocket Singh, Ladies Vs Ricky Bahel, Shush Desi Romance, Fan etc. Along with films he has done many serials like Crime Petrol, Savdhan India, CID, Aapki Antra, Muskan, Sambhav Kya etc.
Hemant Pandey is an actor and a theatre enthusiast whose association with the craft has spanned over 16 years. Born in Bareilly, Hemant started acting at the age of 13. He was elected President of Hansraj dramatics society while studying at Delhi University, and participated in several workshops organized by National School of Drama’s Theatre In Education Company (T.I.E.) and National Bal Bhawan. Based in Mumbai, he founded the theatre group 'Adamya Rangmanch' and directed (and acted in) the widely-acclaimed musical folk stageplay 'Lassanwala'. Hemant won many accolades for the play, including the nominations for Best Director and Best Actor at the Mahindra Excellence in Theatre Awards (META), and Best Ensemble Cast at the Thespo Theatre Festival. Hemant played one of the lead characters in the MensXP original web-series 'Dilliwood'. He has also worked closely with eminent personalities like Mahesh Duttani, Chitranjan Giri, Jayant Deshmukh and Lokendra Trivedi. He continues to share his love for theatre by conducting workshops in association with the Thespian Theatre Company, Little Creative Minds Pvt Ltd. (Delhi) and the Mukesh Chhabra Casting Company.
Worked as an Actor & coordinator in NSD (Theatre-in-education) for six years. Worked as an Actor grade ‘A’ in B.N.A. Repertory for three years. Worked as an Actor in SRC Repertory for three years. Acted in more than 25 films like Manjhi The Mountain Man, Toba Tek Singh, Pinjar, Amal, Siddharth, Tere Mere Phere, Kaminey, Ishkiyaan, Miss Tanakpur Halka, Kaun Kitne Paani Me, Tarpan, Super-30 etc. Acted in more than 30 tele/short films. Acted in daily soap (Are Deewano Mujhe Pehchaano, Dhoond Legi Manzil Hame, Sabrang etc.) Acted in more than 2000 Theatre Shows. Directed more than 25 plays. Adapted 5 plays in Hindi, written 20 street plays and Acted in more than 75 plays. Conducted more than 40 acting workshop. Best Actor Award for the film ‘Tarpan’ in Haryana International Film Festival. Junior Fellowship Award received from Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India.
